A shout out to the backend cs, Hazel. She was so patient trying to troubleshoot my nebulizer issue even though it is out of the 3m warranty already. We managed to pinpoint and resolve by simply replacing the nozzle to get the mist going again. Will definitely recommend this brand to everyone!
