Received in good condition. Product is as advertised. Easy to assemble. Easy to use too. One full container can steam 7-8 pieces of garment. So far so good. For cotton/heavy cotton fabric it'll take a bit more time before it's unwrinkled. Otherwise all good. Got it during sale and so worth it!

No instructions to assemble but straight forward. Tried it with tshirt right after i put them together.. it works okay, just the length is a little too short for me. i’m 169cm i had to bend to steam if it’s hanging.

Quality of work：The hose should be fully covered like the bottom hose, while using the hose it will be really hot try not accidentally touch your arms.
My board for the clip broke while trying to detached from the pole.
