As this is my first time using bukhoor, I hope I'm doing it correctly. After heating up d charcoal for few sec, I pun the incense on top of it. It produces a lot of smoke, but last only few minutes. Then nothing. Is it normal. Thank you seller for the fast delivery. Always satisfied with ur service.
