Worst customer service. Delivery failed to turn up. We had to call several times to ask for a date and time of delivery again instead of them calling us even though it’s their fault. On the day of delivery installer turn up but our fan did not and again we had to call and ask where is our fan

Written on tiktok shop expected delivery was feb 15-17. Few days after ordering prism+ staff called to arrange delivery. Earliest is march 13th!!! One month difference! Completely unacceptable.
