The product really works. But don’t be stingy when you apply. Must use at least half the bottle per FCU. I used 3/4 of bottle especially when water dripping from the FCU like rain. But used 1/4 first then pour another 1/2 bottle the next day. After that, no more water dripping.

Product description
Clogged drain pipes from solid materials or buildup of dirt and scum are common problems faced in areas like air-con units, kitchen sinks, toilets & any place where drainage of wastewater is required. The product effectively breaks up any buildup of rust, algae, scale & slime found inside drainage pipes.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
•Clears choke without much agitation
•Increases cleaning efficiency
•Regulates flows in pipes
•Prevents unnecessary downtimes
•Powerful & Effective
•Low fuming
•Low toxicity
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
•To clear choke in air-conditioner units, remove the casing and the filters of the air-conditioner, exposing the coils.
•If the drain pipe of the air-conditioner is exposed, pour ¼ to ½ of Mr McKenic - Choke Clear (250ml) into it to clear the dirt chokes.
•Otherwise, pour ¼ to ½ of Mr McKenic - Choke Clear onto the horizontal tray found at the lowest portion of the coil. The product will eventually flow into the drain pipe to clear the chokes.
•Allow 5 to 15 minutes to work
•Repeat application if necessary.
•Rinse with water when drain is cleared.
•Replace the filters and the casings.
Note: As the product may be spilled during application, always ensure to cover the floor or any furniture placed below the air-conditioner unit. In case of spillage, wipe off immediately with a clean damp cloth. If the condition persist, consult a specialist as the choke may be due to other factors.
