I’m not sure if it is spoilt. It states at full charge can last 3-4 hrs. Given that each cycle is 80 secs, the battery should last 135 cycles (i.e. 10,800 secs which is 3 hrs). However, even before 10 cycles, the red ring appears and needs to charged again. Appreciate seller response.
