Great chair for the price of $329 (Hinomi H1 Pro). Extremely easy to assemble in less than 5 mins. Large headrest.
Only downside is too much plastic, from the chassis (main body), to the legs, to the armrest, to the footrest ….. entirely plastic.

Easy to self assemble. Got it at $400 with disc vouchers. Love various ways of customizing the ergonomic features. Workmanship on some of the plastic finishing looks subpar. Hope the chair lasts.

Product is awesome.
However, service can be improved. Product was marked as shipped and delivered at each of the stages without being done so. Have to manually check with seller for updates.
Seller also didn't deliver the product on time as promised. Took more than 2 week in total.

The chair has a tilt backwards so am unable to sit straight up, tried to request a return but they said the rule on TikTok is different from the website and they require $100 and 7 days return, whereas the website is free return and 30 days. Stuck with a brand new chair that doesn't work as needed.
