Delivered box smash but luckily the product survive and works well. The warm setting is not hot and my eyelash curl like a dream. Love it.

Fast delivery, the boxes are a bit smashed but luckily no damages. Bought 2 for myself and my daughter too. Charging was fast so I tried this morning. I just need to get used to it or get the right position to press against the lashes. It would be better if the opener can open bigger.

first pic is after i used it. 2nd is when i nvr use it. big difference. i was actually afraid of it being hot or something but apparently its not its js warm when my skin contacted with it! i love it, no eyelashes dropped compared to the manual one i use.

Quite tough to put our lashes in between the narrow gap, would be much better if the gap is wider. Also too hot even for lower power, burnt my eye lid. The box was partial crush as per picture attached but the curler is not damaged.

initially wanted to give one star because box came very damaged and product does not work properly. technically its not wrong to ask for a refund but seller strongly refused until they were willing to refund around 50% of the price. welp this was just my experience, i hope yours is better

Received in good condition. It does heated when use but too narrow to even slot in my real lashes and tends to clip on my skin.

heats up rly quick and even low heat mode lasts for a few hours!!! makes my lashes look on fleek 🤌🤌
