I received a different brand. I used d one from Jomo and wanted an exact one. Very upset that seller is not sending the right one. BUT... seriously this is SO much better than the one from Jomo! Love this vacuum.

Seller did a good job in bubble wrap of item. But look at the picture. Should take initiative to properly secure the polymer with extra tapes and not leaving loose ends since it goes thru courier services. Customers service includes proper packaging also. Just a tip of advise. Thank you!
