After you open the soundproof foam, please take out one piece by one piece and give it a rest for about 3-4 hours.

Please do not step them together after you open the soundproof foam.

If it cannot pop up after 3-5 hours, please use a steamer iron to steam the soundproof foam to make it pop up because it is compressing together. The steamer will help to let the foam pop up.
