Q: Is it difficult to install the filter system?

A: Avava's system is designed to be simple DIY. Go to www.avava.sg website to watch

the video demostration. Ensure that you have the correct faucet size to fit the valve onto

your tap. The common type is M22. If you have a different size, please bring it back for

exchange.

Q: How often do I need to change the filter membrane and filter capsule sticks?

A: The Disruptor filter membrane can be used for 5000L of water, or about 1 year or more,

before it needs to be changed. You do not have to wash the filter. As for the capsule sticks,

it is recommended to change every 3 to 6 months, in order to attain good results for

Hydrogen production.

Q: Can I request for technician to come over to install the filter system onto your existing

tap ? How much to pay?

A: You can arrange directly with our technician to help you install the valve onto your tap

only (no modifications of water pipe). Each service costs $50 and you pay directly to the

technician.

Q: If I just want to test out the benefits of drinking Hydrogen alkaline water before buying
