Pillow came in multiple layers of protective wraps in and outside the box. Gives a peace of mind to use right out of the box.
A little low for my liking but when stacked with another normal pillow it feels extra comfortable. Would further review after a few days if use!

Firmness of the pillow is just nice. Not too soft n not too hard. Very firm support for the neck. I can immediately feel the difference when I lay on it. The neck rested perfectly n it also helps in breathing properly.
