Urnex Dezcal Coffee and Espresso Descaler Powder x 5
For Use on Commercial Boilers and Heating Elements of Coffee and Espresso Equipment
How to use the Dezcal for descaling your espresso machine:
1. Dissolve 28g of Dezcal Descaling Powder into 32oz (1 liter) of lukewarm water.
2. Pour the descaling solution into the machine's water reservoir (i.e. water tank).
3. Brew a full tank of the descaling solution and discard (note: for espresso machines with descaling mode, activate the descaling mode and follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer)
4. Refill the water tank with fresh water and brew a full tank. Repeat this step 2 more times to clear the machine of any descaling solution.
Recommended frequency of use: Every 2 - 3 months
