Coffee Bean is recommended to be stored as Whole beans and grinds upon brewing to maintain freshness, however, if you require our grinding service please refer to our Grind Size Chart and indicate the Grind Size you need on the remarks/note when you checkout.

Whole coffee beans (recommended): We recommend waiting at least 5-7 days after the roast date before consumption. Note that whole beans begin to lose their delicate flavors from 8 weeks onwards. Even though coffee beans can last taste okay for a year from the roast date if left unopened, they still lose their flavors and freshness over time and will begin to go stale. We always recommend only buying what you need so you know your coffee will taste fresh with each brew. Ground coffee beans: Ground coffee beans have a shorter shelf life and will stay fresh for a few months unopened, but should be consumed within a few days once opened. 

 

Storage：

Once open, store the beans in an opaque, vacuum container and place them in a cool, dark and dry place, so you can keep that freshly roasted flavors for as long as possible.
