Yes, Price included standard installation. Standard installation applicable to concrete ceiling below 2.8m height with a lighting point / power socket point. BUYER responsible to provide a lighting point / power socket point.

If the ceiling is above 2.8m height or false ceiling or roof structure, surcharge will applicable due to extra materials involve.

Yes, we offer a worry-free warranty package for your peace of mind.

Inclusive: 5-Years Motor Warranty* and 2-Year Onsite Parts & Labor, including Service & Transport.

*The lifetime motor warranty will be applicable according to the Terms and Conditions.

【What is the Installation Requirement?】

1.Min. space required: At least L130cm x W50cm for SmartLux LITE and SmartLux PRO.

2.If there are top hung cabinets/doors/casement windows etc in the space, the length of space available must deduct the length of these mentioned.

3.Ready a light point wire/power socket point for the automated laundry rack system. (YU HOME will not create a new wire/ power socket point.)
