How to remove silicone smell:

1. Place silicone dishware in boiling water to sterilize and remove strong odors.

2. Submerge the dish in a mixture of hot water and white vinegar using the ratio of one cup of vinegar for every two cups of hot water. Soak for 30 minutes, then scrub with a gentle cleaning sponge.

Q：How do I ensure that when I expand the POP (pull the straps), the ice cubes are still not connected and easily get out?

A：You must BREAK ice cubes apart before you expand. Place POP on table, place your hands on top of each other. Push with both hands in the center of the POP - two times on each side. Remove the LID and pull the straps. SHAKE the POP to loosen the ice.

Q：It is very hard to expand the product (pull out the trays). What do I do wrong?

A：Make sure you have removed the LID to prevent vacuum inside before you expand it. Also, if there is a solid wall of ice below the LID, you might need to crack this to avoid a vacuum. Make sure you have done the BREAK, as explained in Q1.

Q：How long time do I need to freeze the ICEBREAKER POP?

A：You need to freeze it for 6-7 hours, dependent on the freezer size and capacity. Most often, you can see if the ice is frozen by removing the LID to look.
