How to Enjoy?
With our ready-to-eat wraps, there's no need to thaw – convenience is key! Enjoy the delightful flavors with this hassle-free method:
•Microwave Heating: Leave the wrapped ready-to-eat wrap as is, and make a small hole on one end to allow steam to escape. Place the wrapped ready-to-eat wrap directly into the microwave.
2.Heating Time: Heat the wrapped ready-to-eat wrap in the microwave on medium power for approximately 2 minutes or until it reaches your desired warmth.
3.Enjoy the Delight: Carefully remove the heated ready-to-eat wrap from the microwave, and it's ready to enjoy! No need to unwrap it, as the packaging is microwave-safe.
Note: Our ready-to-eat wraps are specially designed to be enjoyed straight from the freezer, without the hassle of thawing. Simply microwave in the packaging, and a delicious meal awaits you!
Storage: To keep our ready-to-eat wraps fresh and flavorful, store them in the freezer. Ensure the packaging is properly sealed to maintain their quality. Our wraps have a shelf life of 6 months when stored properly.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
- Home delivery is available Monday to Saturday, with two time slots to choose from: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- You can select your preferred time slot during checkout. Please note that delivery times are fixed, and we are unable to adjust the timing beyond these slots (e.g., no deliveries after 7:00 PM).
- We aim to ship the product the following day for orders placed before 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday.
- Delivery is managed by a third-party service, and confirmation is only guaranteed once a rider accepts the job. Our customer service team will message you one day before your scheduled delivery date to provide an update. However, the delivery date is subject to change depending on rider availability.
- Due to high demand, please allow additional buffer time for delivery after 7:00 PM. You will be notified of the delivery date by our customer service, but it may still be subject to rider availability.
- You can track your order at www.uparcel.sg/track using your provided tracking number.
- For any questions, please feel free to chat with us.
- Please ensure that someone is available to collect your products.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not allowed after collection or delivery.
