Cut off time 11am daily. Orders placed after 11am will be process on the next working day.

 

Do take note that we will try our best to ensure your orders get processed and handed over to the courier within the same day.

1. All orders would be capped at maximum 2 cartons per order to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time.

2. Strictly no cancellation/amendment is allowed after order has been processed.

3. Delivery takes about 1 to 3 working days on a usual day. Please give more allowance during peak period.

 

 

Purchase Agreement

Once payment is completed, you agree and adhere to the purchase & return policies as follows:

1. For more than 3 cartons per order, please kindly make 2 separate orders - due to size limitation on courier side.

2. Once order has been processed, we do not accept any further change of mind (e.g. change of delivery address, change of order variation, input of vouchers).

3. Goods sold are non-refundable. All exchanges must be done in-person within 7 days of delivered date.

4. Every brands have different sizing policy (e.g. cutting/fitment/measurements). We recommend parents to stick with your familiar brands or expect inherent risk of suitability concerns.

5. We do not guarantee refunds/exchange of manufacturing defects - all cases would be reviewed individually.

6. Please check your orders upon receiving them. Any unintentional wrong delivery of items that are consumed would not be allowed for exchange.

 

 

Exchange Policy

1. Once the carton box is thrown or its individual packaging been opened, we strictly do not allow any exchange for hygiene purposes.

2. If your exchange doesn't meet our policy requirements (e.g. less than a full carton / consumed product / no carton box / etc), you will be politely rejected.
