1. Buyer is required to measure their wall-to-wall distance before purchasing. If buyer is not sure, please consult seller before purchasing. If this happens, buyer may exchange with seller off-line by coming to seller's office or bear $7 logistic fee (2 way). Top-up applies if necessary.

2. Buyer is required to watch video installation instruction and ensure he/ she knows how to install it without falling before purchasing.

Please take note long rod (more than 2 metres) requires multiple people with certain physical level strength. Seller should not be liable for any direct or indirect injury or damage causing by the rod sold by seller.

3. Buyer to take note, extremely smooth wall (e.g. cupboard) or non-even wall may reduce the withstand weight drastically. Buyer should purchase supporter (drill is required for installation) to support the rod. Please consult seller before purchasing.

4. Seller provides on-site installation with additional charges as below:

Minimum $50 per trip, $25 per rod installation, $10 per supporter installation with drilling service.
