I'm a size 36.5 and I bought 37. A very snug fit. I think it would be more comfortable if I size up to 38 instead. The accupuncture insoles is good. I have plantar fasciitis and this pair is comfortable for me to be in for long hours. First time trying sunnystep and I like it. Thanks emobsessed!
