Disappointed at the service and product delivery. Was informed that the product i wanted was damaged so a replacement was offered and i greatly appreciated it. The new product replacement also had damages on it and no response when i asked if there’s a replacement for it. Delivery was also an issue.

CANCELLATION FEE - For items processed to shipping, there will be $20 cancellation fees. This fee is due to the cost incurred by logistics company to pick up and redelivery from our warehouse.
