1 pack of 90g is good enough for serving of 1kg chicken wings. Cooking method as followed:
Ingredient:
(A) 1 kg Chicken wing
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
(B) 1 pack of KOGI Emperor Chicken Flour
Method:
1. Marinate A for a few hours or overnight
2. In a bowl add 130ml water and add whole pack of KOGI flour and whisk till a smooth batter
3. Pour the batter into chicken wing and marinate for another hour
4. Fry till golden brown.
