Is well known for its beaches for snorkling. This Ballyhoo Sambal is made with smoked ballyhoo enhancing the flavor of the fish blended with our secret recipe ingredients to give you a distingue flavor unlike others. It is recommended to have them with stir fry mix veggies, long beans and advanterous taste to your otak otak. Is good as dips too.
Firecrackers Sambal: This sambal is made with with no shrimp paste or belacan, a pure blend of red chilli padi with casa boga secret recipe ingredients. Is bolder in chilli taste with a clear sensation compared to belacan. This sambal is very suitable for grilled food like your chicken or fish. They give a firecracking sensation when eaten with milder food like keropok.
