Gotu Kola (Pegaga)

Gotu Kola is also known as ‘Indian Pennywort.’ It has high medicinal values and is used in the system of Ayurveda for many ailments. It is referred to as ‘food for the brain’. It has demonstrated to exert mild tranquilizing and anti-anxiety effects as well as improving mental functions such as concentration, learning, memory and alertness.

Gotu Kola increases intelligence, memory brain cell vitality, neural and mental stamina and nurtures tranquility. It is often recommended for fatigue, both mental and physical.

Gotu Kola may also be used as a tonic for purification of the blood and for promotion of healthy skin.

Black Seed

Black Seed which is scientifically known as ‘Nigella Sativa L’, has been used for more than 2500 years. Hence it probably is one of the safest and most tested plant extracts for human consumption.

In depth scientific analyses reveal the Black Seed as containing Omega 3 Fatty Acids, Essential Oils, Proteins, Minerals & Vitamins.

Black Seed works as an “adaptogen”, i.e., its consumption helps the body to adapt positively, thereby building up its natural resistance against various diseases.

Dosage

Adults: 2 Nigel Plus capsules in the morning & 2 in the evening daily after meals.

If you are currently undergoing Allopathic treatment, you may also use NIGEL PLUS Black Seed with Gotu Kola unless otherwise advised by your physician. It may also be taken together with other medicines.

Side Effects / Adverse Reactions

There are no known adverse effects. Black Seeds & Gotu Kola are used as a nourishing food and valuable medicine in many cultures. If the consumption of NIGEL PLUS Black Seed with Gotu Kola increases body heat or if the patient has a history of gastritis, he/she should reduce the dosage accordingly.
