Tried one sachet as soon as it arrive as i havent had any meal. 1/2 the day was ok but after i had my dinner , my tummy was churning like mad .😂 went to the loo more than 4x to open bowel . Probably the effect of the detoxification Actually idk need to take at night or morning ?
