Directions For Use: • Remove backing paper from back of the liner. • Make sure cap sweatband is dry, before using sweat protector. • Place adhesive side against the front of the headband of your cap. • Press firmly into place till the liner sits flush to the sweat band. • Average use of liner varies depending on activity being done. may not stick as well to sweaty or soiled head band. • Best if used when you put your hat on for the first time that day • If Sweat Protector no longer sticks, it means its time to change to a fresh new one.
