How to use:

1. Open top flap and fill water up to the indicate maximum water level (200ml, 400ml, 600ml respectively).

2. Seal the opening(make sure opening is wet with water) by pressing firming on the opening after water is filled.

Self sealing technology will seal the bag.

3. Wait for 10-15 mins for mixture to turn gel. Put in freezer for 8 hours to start using.

 

Note: Fill water only once.

Uses: for sports injury, pain relief, fever relief, keeps food cold in your cooler bag, go BBQ, camping, store milk, etc.
