Not thick, syrupy sweet like you’re walking into a Coldstone, but like a gelato shop where you can smell cream, pistachio and hazelnuts, a little bit of vanilla and light rum, and maybe some fruit from the other gelati in the case. As it dries down, you get more vanilla and a little less overt sweetness, but it’s fun to wear.
