No fancy equipment needed; just a simple cup of hot water to enjoy the rich aroma and smooth taste of Tanamera Coffee. 

ACEH GAYO

Located on the western part of Indonesia, the Special Region of Aceh was once the centre of Indonesia’s cross-sea trade. Coffee has been part of the Special Region of Aceh since the 1900s. It is grown and harvested at an altitude of 1400 MSL in the Gayo highlands. This particular variant of Gayo coffee gives off the taste of tropical fruits, green apple and caramel that lead to bright acidity.

COFFEE PROCESSING

Removing the fruit flesh with a machine is the first step in the washed process. Afterwards, the coffee beans are fermented in a water tank and washed to remove any remaining fruit flesh. The washed process brings out the bright and acidic flavours in the coffee with a clean aftertaste.

BREWING GUIDE

1. Tear open the drip bag.

2. Place the hangers over the cup.

3. Pour hot water. Wait 30 seconds, and then pour again.

4. Remove the drip bag.

5. Ready to sip! (Careful, it is hot!)
