I ordered Beige, they sent Green. I wanted to submit for a refund and found out that the system requires me to self arrange the return to seller. What nonsense is this? Seller should arrange replacement right? To add to that, the smaller item in the photo is supposed to be white as well

I ordered white for this came green, to add to that another order which is supposed to be Beige also came wrong colour became green. When I tried to lodge a refund the system says I have to arrange return to seller, in this case seller should be the one sending over a replacement right?
