Product description
Round pastry filled with delicious mashed potato, egg, onion, spring onion and seasoning.
Fry:
Thaw and fry in medium heat (approx 160Β°C) until both sides are golden brown.
Air fry/Bake:
1. Place roti boyan in air fryer or oven after thawing.
2. Drizzle some cooking oil over it.
3. Cook at 180 - 200Β°C for about 10 to 15 min until crispy and golden brown.
*Note: Air frying/Baking will not produce the exact outcome as normal frying. A lower air frying/baking temperature will not produce a "crispy" skin.
Delivered Frozen
1. We deliver island-wide in Singapore, excluding Pulau Ubin and off-shore islands.
2. We deliver daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
3. Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.
