Specification:
Name: Steel needle for tile leveling system
Material: Stainless steel
Steel needle length: 32mm/1.26"
Steel needle thickness: about 1.5mm/0.9mm
Use suggestions:
Lay the first tile, leaving more than 2mm (with cross washer). close to the tiles.
Insert T-pins along the gaps between the tiles.
Then rotate 180 degrees and the T-pin snaps to the bottom of both tiles.
Adjust the cover with a hand/special wrench until the two tiles are on the same level.
After leveling, about 5-6 hours, before the cement/adhesive is completely dry, reverse the cover and remove the 180 degree T-pin until the lettering is removed.
Avoid not removing the T-tile leveling system:
1. Tile spacer is more than 2mm (cross spacer is recommended)
2. When leveling, the cement or tile adhesive around the T-type leveling machine must be cleaned up.
3. About 5-6 hours after leveling, before the tile adhesive or cement is completely dry, remove the T-straighter.
