(A) INGREDIENT LISTING

(C) REHEATING METHODS:

*Note: Fully thaw before reheating. Once thawed, do not refreeze!

(i) Steaming: Remove the leaf and steam the otak-otak inside the rice-cooker with the rice or Use steamer and steam for 3-5mins.

(ii) Oven: Toast for 3 minutes at 120 degrees celsius

(iii) Airfry: Remove the leaf, apply a thin layer of oil/butter, airfry for 3 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

(iv) Deep fry: Remove the leaf, apply egg white & bread crumbs and fry

(v) Microwave: Microwave for 3-5 minutes with leaf. Once it's piping hot, it's ready to be consumed! (Recommended!)

(vi) Griller/ BBQ: Grill until piping hot (Recommended!)

(D) SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Orders made before 4pm will be delivered within the next 2 days depending on our delivery schedule.

2. Home Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays from 10am – 5pm. Please refrain from choosing the delivery timing.

3. As our products are perishable, kindly ensure that someone is home to receive order upon delivery. We do not accept refunds/returns after delivery.

4. We will contact you either via Chat or WhatsApp one day before delivery or on the day of delivery. Kindly reply to the message. Once we receive a confirmation from you, we will proceed with delivery.

5. In the event that no one is at home, kindly inform us in advance and let us know where to place the products. Kindly put the products into the freezer immediately once you or your family members reach home.
