📣 Universal electrode welding method

1. Be sure to polish before welding. Use steel balls or sandpaper to clean up the oil, impurities, paint, rust, etc. at the welding place. Novices try to weld horizontally, not vertical welding and overhead welding.

2. Be sure to preheat the welding place to about 500 degrees in advance. It is probably because the welding rod will be scalded by the welding object. After the welding rod is put in, use the top of the torch flame to burn it, not too far, too much. If the electrode is too far away, the electrode will not be melted, and if it is too close, the electrode will be blown away. When the electrode is fully melted and the welding seam is filled, turn off the fire and wait for natural cooling. Remember, it is not possible to directly melt the electrode for welding.

3. This product is only suitable for repairing and welding of some small parts, not suitable for industrial-grade large parts and aluminum alloy materials.
