Ordered 3 pcs set that consists of spatula, spoon and tongs. Disappointed seller sent one of the items wrong, instead of tongs, they just simply replaced it with a slotted spoon without informing me! Still pending seller to rectify their mistake asap. Products seems good but backend process sucks.
