Ordered the wrong size but Farah was quick to reach out to assist me in exchanging😊 Note that there is a $10 sanitisation fee upon exchanging, didn’t really mind bc they alrdy mentioned it prior to purchase. Farah was very sincere when teaching me how to put it on. Extremely grateful, thank you🥰

Ppl with short torso just pass on this product unless you want to pierce your boobs/ hips.
Buy only if you want to get back acne.
Customer service not responsive.
