1. How many water tanks are there?
There is only 1 water tank for this model and it holds 5L. All
2. When do I need to change the filters?
2000L of water or more than 12 months, whichever comes first. The control panel does show the filter working days and the amount of water purified.
3. What is TDS and which TDS level is safe?
Total dissolved solids (TDS) are the amount of organic and inorganic materials, such as metals, minerals, salts, and ions, dissolved in a particular volume of water.
This model shows 2 TDS level
T.TDS - refers to the TDS level in the water tank
P.TDS - refers to the TDS level in the purified water tank (hidden in the unit)
P.TDS 30 and below – Excellent
P.TDS 31 to 60 – Good (You can empty the water tank and refill with clean water to lower down the TDS level)
Over 61 – Not recommended to consume
4. How often should I empty and wash the Water Tank?
We suggest users to wash the water tank at least once a week to prolong the lifespan of the filter and machine.
