️ HEPA Filter: Removes small particles such as allergens, bacteria, mould, viruses, fungi and asbestos.

️ Carbon Filter: Reduces formaldehyde, dioxin and ozone, as well as odours from smoking, cooking and pets.

️ Most Hepa & Carbon Filter are not washable otherwise stated

How often do we replace the filter?

️ when the respective indicators light up (only limited to some air purifier machine)

️ When you feel the air coming out is not strong

️ When you smell undesired odour

️ When you feel it is very dirty

️ Or simply stick to a 3 to 6 months replacement for a safe clean home

How do you replace the filter?

️ Please switch off the air purifier

️ Remove the old filter

️ Use the alcohol wipe we provided to clean up the air purifier

️ Put in the new filter

️ Reset the changed filter indicator by holding on the on/off/power button (only apply for some machine that have error or need to manually reset it. If there is none, you can ignore this part)
