Took 1 week to receive, which is slow considering it’s shipped from SG. Packaging could be improved. I cut the scotch tape and the bottle just rolled out of the bubble wrap and dropped on the floor, breaking the bottle. Only managed to salvage <100ml of the product.

Hi, bought 1 bottle before and worked well so I bought 2 this time. However, (only opened one) this time the bottle is not spraying well and the liquid is just spilling out. Texted them on ig since last friday but no reply. Please help, the product is not cheap
