Q&A (Attention!!!) :
•1. Why my Type-C Smartphone(has 3.5mm earphone jack) can't use BY-V10/V20?
If your device has a 3.5mm round headphone jack, the channel for audio transmission of your mobile phone is this round headphone jack.
So that the USB-C interface of your mobile phone cannot transmit audio
Which means that your device cannot use USB-C Microphones as below：
BY-V10/V20, BY-WM3T2-U1/U2, BY-M1V3/M1V4, OMIC-U
It is recommended that you can choose BOYALINK, BY-WM3T-M2 (these products are equipped with a 3.5mm adapter, which can be adapted to your device)
•2. Why Receiver cannot be charged?
The receiver of BY-V Series doesn't need charging. It can be charged by your devices(smartphone, laptop or action camera etc.).
The Type-C charging hole is designed for charging the devices you use when using the microphone.
•3. Why can't hear the voice when using microphone?
When using the microphone, the receiver occupies audio input interface of the mobile phone.
At the same time, it will also occupy the audio output of the mobile phone.
So if you want to hear your recording effect, you need to unplug the receiver to play the sound of the mobile phone.
•4. What is the differences between BY-V Series?
BY-V10 and BY-V20 are designed for Type-C Devices which don't have 3.5mm earphone jack.
BY-V1 and BY-V2 are are designed for iPhone Lightning Devices
BY-V1 and BY-V10 both have 1 Transmitter + 1 Receiver
BY-V2 and BY-V20 both have 2 Transmitters + 1 Receiver
•5. If I want to use BY-V Series both on my Type-C Devices and iPhone, How can i choose?
We suggest you buy BY-V1 + BY-V10
Then you will get 2 Transmitters and 2 Receivers for different devices.
And the transmitters of BY-V series are all same which means you can use 2 transmitters together with whether the receivers of D1 or U1.
