Easy installation:
(1) First, test whether the light can light up normally
(2) Wipe the area that needs to be installed clean with a clean cloth and dry thoroughly
(3) Tear off the tape and press the light strip tightly where it needs to be installed. Do not tear it off after installation, otherwise it may easily cause the light strip to tear open
(4) Power on the USB and plug it into the power supply. It is important to note that the controller should not be suspended in the air, otherwise it may cause loose connections
Please read the instructions on the packaging carefully before use
Attention: When the USB power is turned on, the light strip does not light up
(1) Please check and replace the USB plug at the customer's home or try plugging it into a different socket
(2) Align the black controller V+with the arrow, otherwise it may cause a short circuit. If it doesn't light up, please unplug the rotating front and back sides and reconnect
After connecting the USB power supply, the light strip experiences abnormal low frequency and dim light
(1)Please try replacing with another USB socket, as this is caused by insufficient power. The power of the power bank will be lower than the normal socket power, and different USB sockets have different power, which can lead to this situation.
Remote control not working properly
(1) To remove the card from the back of the remote control, press ON to continue operating other function buttons
(2) The direction of the remote control should be aligned with the direction of the black receiving line
Can the remote control replace the battery
(1) The remote control contains a C2025-2032 button battery, which can be replaced according to the operating instructions on the remote control
Bluetooth cannot be connected
(1) Ensure that the Bluetooth of the phone is turned on
(2) Ensure that the APP has been authorized to enable Bluetooth functionality

(3) If it still doesn't work, please uninstall the app and reinstall it
