Ingredients: Japanese Rice, Hokkaido Soybean Powder (Non-GMO), Salt/ Yeast

1. Prepare 200g of pancake mix, 1 egg, 250ml of milk or soy milk.
2. Mix the flour, egg, and milk (or oil and water) into a large bowl.
3. Heat the pan over a high heat then turn to a medium heat.
Bacon and Cheese Bread Recipe:
1. Prepare 2 cups, 100g of pancake mix, 150ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of oil, 2 pieces of bacon, and 30g of cheese.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and mix the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
3. Fill the cups 1/2 full of the batter.
4. Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. (Please adjust the cooking time according to the microwave used.)
