Sathva millet series are unpolished millets. Unpolished millet, also known as "whole grain" is a nutrient-dense and unrefined form of millet. Unlike polished millet, which has had its bran and germ removed, Sathva unpolished millet retains all of its natural goodness, including fiber, protein, and essential vitamins and minerals.
Sathva unpolished millets are cleaned manually and dried under the sun which is a natural and traditional method of processing this grain. This method involves removing impurities and debris by hand and laying the millet out in the sun to dry. Millet that is processed in this way is free from chemicals and additives, making it a pure and healthy ingredient for cooking.
