This toner is trouble care, soothing and exfoliating. The trouble-calming effect is excellent!When 40 patients were tested, heartleaf proved to have an excellent trouble-calming effect. Besides that, it is a weakly acidic toner between pH 5.5 and 6 and balances oil and moisture through optimized ingredient design. It is non-irritating keratin care and prevent irritation and intensive care through keratin care without irritation. It contains safe formula without harmful ingredients (11 food grade ingredients are composed of a base and all ingredients EWG green grade), so you can use them with confidence.
