received product in good condition 2 days after placing order. tried on room temp & fridge eggs, former works better. use Hot Springs mode for Yakun type of egg consistency - about 12min. No instruction manual, but learned to lower the eggs into room temp water from beginning onwards

I tried the product but it takes extremely long of almost half an hour to cook the hard boiled eggs (L3), as compared to normal boiling that take less than 10 mins. The holding lid that carries the eggs are very flimsy. I tried a few times and find it very inconvenient. Too late to ask for refund?

1 egg, 2 eggs or 3 or 4. Soft boils always turn out to be hard boil, with or without the lid. Doesn't work as advertised
