•This is a 2pcs set, with 1pc belly wrap and 1pc pelvis support. You may use them together or separately. Follow the instructions given in the picture below about how to put on the bands.

•The belly wrap and pelvis band are made of soft cotton fabric on the internal (94% cotton 6% Spandex), comfortable and gentle to skin. External layer is 100% Polyester with a velvety texture, some areas are covered with embroidery.

•Our organs move and muscles relax during pregnancy to give room to the growing baby. Use of belly wrap and pelvis band can provide some compression to hold the organs and muscles in place during the recovery. It can also provide back support while breastfeeding your baby.

•The belly wrap comes with 3 velcro straps (front) & 2 velcro straps (back) for you to tighten each position to your desired tightness. There are 2 elastic zones on both left & right sides of the waist, which provide compression while giving flexibility for you to bend/move your body. Extra support is provided by the vertical plastic ribs embedded within the internal of the fabric.

•The pelvic band comes with 2 layers of compression. Fasten the velcro on the inner layer to give the first level of compression. The second layer is a wide elastic band with 4x4 hooks & eyes.

•Wearing them under a layer of cloth is highly recommended. Do not over-tighten it till affecting your breathing or daily activities.

•Handwash only. Do not iron.
