Instructions for SD-IDE conversion interface board: The POWER power supply socket can be powered by a hard disk. This card only needs to be powered by 5V, and the normal working voltage is 5V±0.25V. The working current is less than 200mA.
For IDE socket, please use 80 PIN hard disk cable. Support PIO, Multi-word DMA and Ultra DMA Host data transfer mode;
SD socket supports up to 128GB SD card.
After connecting the power supply and IDE cable, after inserting the SD card into the SD socket, the conversion board is equivalent to an electronic hard disk, and no driver needs to be installed. After installing the operating system, the operating system (such as windows98, etc.) can be started via the SD memory card.
The data transfer rate is high, and the speed is roughly the same as that of the system hard disk (ATA/133, U-DMA mode3).
