What is Covered in Our Complimentary Delivery and Standard Installation Service?
Our free delivery and standard installation service includes the delivery and installation of our automated laundry rack at a single address, along with the dismantling of the existing rack.
Please note that this service applies only to concrete ceilings with a lighting point. Removal of bolts/nuts, patching, and painting are not included in the standard installation.
Additional Charges to Take Note Of:
•Removal of bolts and plaster – $100
•Plastering only – $50
•Electrical works – $80
•For all wiring, there is a charge of $20 for each segment over 3 meters.
•False ceiling or L bracket installation – $150 each
•High ceilings (2.8m and above) or slanted ceilings – Additional $50 each
•Repositioning (Re-adjusting after installation) – $150
•Relocation (Moving from one location to another) – $150
•Self-damaged poles or extension poles – $30 or $50 (depending on damage)
•Set of 4 plastic clips – $25
•Remote controllers – $30 (self-collection) / $50 (delivery)
•Appliance disposal (washers/dryers) – $20 per unit
•Missed or last-minute rescheduled appointments – $150
Please note that if your electrical wiring exceeds 5 meters, it is recommended to hire a licensed electrician to carry out the work.
