Installation, Delivery & Disposable of TV:

Free disposal for any size of TV. We do not dispose other equipments other than the old TV.

Selected brackets from other brands might not be compatible with TCL TV. In this case, a new bracket is required and installation fees apply. 

TV & Bracket installation on any Feature Wall is subject to the wall’s condition in relation to the new TV size and weight. For any queries, please consult our friendly Customer Service before confirming your order.

Free delivery only applicable to lift accessible level and the size of TV must be able to fit into the lift. Any SET UP requires moving to another floor which couldn’t access via lift would be charged accordingly.

TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for lack of compatibility between purchased TV

and third party wall brackets during installation and wall-mounting.

TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any inconsistencies caused or damages

done to purchased TV from wall-mounting service provided by external installers.

TCL will not hold responsibility nor be held responsible for any damages to property from wall-mounting

service provided by installers.

TCL TV Delivery, Set-up & Installation Services Scope of Work Definition

Delivery Only


Delivery of TV to customer’s ship to address. The delivery does not include any form of set-up, installation and/ or bracket.



Table Top Set-Up 


 Set-up TV display stand only on table-top or console cabinet.



 Transfer of port inputs (USB, HDMI) from old to new TV.



 Pair-up TV Remote Control (via Bluetooth).



 WiFi Account/ID Search-Check (exclude connection, signal, stability check).



 Local TV channels scanning (exclude Channel settings). 

Fixed Bracket Installation


 To install TCL Fixed Bracket for mounting of TCL TV.



Swivel Bracket Installation


 To install TCL Single/ Double Arm Swivel Bracket for mounting of TCL TV.



Mount on Your Own Bracket



 To install customer’s own bracket for mounting of TCL TV.



Remove Old TV + TCL TV Mounting


 Replace the old TV with TCL TV on existing installed bracket, without any removal/ replacement/ reinstallation/ relocation of the bracket.


EXCLUSIONS




 All setup excludes Searching/ Downloading/ Testing of APPs, WiFi connection, gaming console, streaming media, AV equipments, google home and other non-TCL products/ equipments.
