Seller mentioned pen supposed to go onto the “mouth guard” instead of directly on the teeth. But the instructions on the pen packaging states otherwise! Would be better if seller and livestream host instructions were more consistent.

i realized i cannot apply the gel to my teeth as it will cause sensitivity, so i always apply on device instead and i use on alternate days to see if its gonna cause sensitivity also
